It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Simmonds (Windsor, Ontario), born in Springhill, Nova Scotia, who passed away on April 16, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Douglas King and Kathleen King; and her siblings, Wayne, Dian Cottrell (Rick), Linda Pellerine (Cam) and Trish Whyte (Bruce).

She is survived by : her children, Cherie Russell, Gerri Hallatt (Dave) and Doug Simmonds; and her great grandchildren, Doug Kenny, Randie Russell, Jessica Simmonds, Koby Simmonds, Keagan Simmonds, Jackson Hallatt, Clowey Tymzack, Joshua Murdock, Grayson Faron and Callen James Seguin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Families First Funeral Home (1065 Lauzon Rd, Windsor, ON N8S3M8).

The family requests that donations be made out to the Hospice of Windsor.
