It is with sadness that the passing of Maurice Jean Campeau (Windsor, Ontario) is shared. Maurice, born on April 11, 1937, passed away on October 2, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Archille Campeau and Emilee Campeau (Beausoleil); his siblings, Alec (Shirley), Eugene (Loretta), Leonard (Theresa), Josephine Wilder (Stanley), Felix (Bernice), Charles, Cecile Leboeuf (Adrien), Henriette Ruggaber (Gord), Denis (Sylvia) and Joanne Begin; and his brothers-in-law, Lawrence Dame (Kay), Don Dame and Jim Dame.
He is survived by: his wife Rosemary (Dame); his children, Debby McConnell (Morgan), Randy, Annette Hanson (Dave), Sandra Burleigh, John (Karen), Tom, Yvette LeJeune (James) and Tammy Paquette (Mark); and his sisters-in-law, Isabelle Lesperance (late Clarence), Beatrice Caza (late Larry) and Pam Nighswander (Tim).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM and on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A prayer will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Banwell Chapel (11677 Tecumseh Rd E, Windsor, ON N8N1L8). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Good Shepherd Parish (462 Advance Blvd, Tecumseh, ON N8N5G8).
