He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Smith and Hermilenda Smith; and his brothers, Gary, Keith and Wayne.
He is survived by: his wife Geraldine; his children, Maxwell (Kim), Kathleen (Rob) and Christine (Peter); his grandchildren, Jessica, Maxwell (Cheyanne), Jason and Justin; and his sisters-in-law, Janet, Sue and Martha. He is also survived by extended family and many dear friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 28th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Families First (3260 Dougall Ave, Windsor, ON N9E1S6).
