He was predeceased by: his siblings, Fred and Vera Kell (Tom); and his parents, Charles Bender and Alice Bender. He is survived by: his wife Lily Bender; his children, Beth Little (Jeff), Shelly Brookes (Matthew) and Allison Boyko (Damon); his grandchildren, Julia (Sean), Alexa (Ryan), Michael (Josh) and Sylas; and his siblings, Barbara Sarll (late Gordon), John (late Elaine) and George. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and many friends.
