He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Hales and William Cushing; and his siblings, Elaine Tremblay (Joe) and Dennis. He is survived by: his son Mike Cushing Jr. (Alyssa); and his siblings, Terry (Wally), Danny (Audrey), Kathy Meloche (late George), Pat (Debbie), Maureen Butler (late Brian), Tim and Colleen Cole (Kevin). He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Ronald McDonald House Southwestern Ontario or the Canadian Cancer Society.
