He is survived by: his children, Madison, Logan and Owen; his siblings, Greg Peltier (Jaimie), Chris Peltier (Lauren) and Todd Phillips; his nieces, Alexandra, Annie, Sophie and Madelyn; and his nephew Gregory. He is also survived by friends and extended family.
