He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Kolody and Pauline Kolody. He is survived by: his wife Marlene; his children, Kathy Beuglet (Tim) and David Kolody (Corinne); his sisters, Emily Rocheleau (Gary), Vera McLeod (Dave) and Lisa Kolody (Stephen Coleman); and his great grandchild Leon Morris Surlin. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
