It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Neileen Theresa Rowland (Windsor, Ontario), who passed away on March 15, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her significant other Ken Rowland; her parents, Neil Mulvaney and Hazel Mulvaney; and her siblings, Albemy and Gerry Pastorius.
She is survived by: her children, Ken (Kim), Kevin (Ghislaine), Korry (Debbie), Keith and Rebecca Maguire; her grandchildren, Erin, Samantha, Mitchell, Jordan, Scotty, Nicholas, Felicia, Kristina, Dalton and Ashley; her great grandchildren, Kallia, Theodore, Charlie and Blake; and her siblings, Larry Mulvaney (Carol), Sharon Janisse (Rudy), Len Mulvaney (Pat) and Diane Pastorius (Tom). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Charitable donations may be made in Neileen's memory to the Windsor-Essex Humane Society.
