Ortensia Forest Obituary
With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Ortensia Forest (Windsor, Ontario), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Ortensia left this world on May 1, 2025 at the age of 89, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Emilio; her daughter Nadia; and her siblings, Lucia and Pietro. She is survived by: her children, Flavio (Sue) and Sergio (Emily); and her grandchildren, Megan, Adriana (Michael) and Stefano (Amanda). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Central Chapel (1700 Tecumseh Rd E, Windsor, ON N8W1C7). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. Angela Merici Church (980 Louis Ave, Windsor, ON N9A1X9).
Memorial donations may be made to Huron Lodge Long Term Care Home – Programs Department.
