We announce the death of Patricia Jane (Dufour) Prieur (Windsor, Ontario), who passed away on October 4, 2026, at the age of 89. Patricia Jane will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her son Timothy; her parents, Madalean Dufour and John Dufour; and her siblings-in-law, Clarence, Helen, Archie Lauzon, Raymond, Antoinette Prieur, Kathleen, Nellie, Romeo Desmarais, Lillian, Bernard Coyle, John, Dorothy Prieur, Lee Prieur, Robert, Betty Prieur, Louis, Virginia Prieur, Margarite, Joseph Marrin, Thomas, Rita, Shirley and Joseph Steiner.
She is survived by: her husband Richard; her children, Rick (Shelly), Jeffrey (Colleen), Barry, Terri Anderson (Roger), Tomas (Lisa), Jim, Ken and Penny Veldhuis (Kevin); and her brother Gary Dufour.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A prayer will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Families First (3260 Dougall Ave, WINDSOR, ON N9E 1S6). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Clement Church (9567 Walker Rd, McGregor, ON N0R1J0).
