She was predeceased by: her husband Ed; her brother John Hoffman; and her parents, Roy Hoffman and Dorothy Hoffman. She is survived by: her children, David Bodlack (Susan) and Barbara Lepain; and her grandchildren, David, Daniel and Brooke.
