She was predeceased by: her parents, William Powers and Marian Powers; and her siblings, Bill and Anne Tracey (late Mike). She is survived by: her husband Donald McLenon; her son Brad Lewis (Jenny); her stepchildren, Donny McLenon (Jackie) and Jodie McLenon; her grandchildren, Kaden and Kolten Lewis; her stepgrandchildren, Jesse and Noah McLenon; her sister Barb Griffin (Ken); her in-laws, Ruth, Patsy and Terry McLenon; and her brother-in-law Dave Verbeem. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, It was Pat's dream to have a memory bench at Reaume Park, donations to this achievement may be made directly to the family.
