We are sad to announce that, on June 22, 2019, at the age of 96, Paz Mady (Windsor, Ontario) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Paz Mady to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Salim Jirash and Paz Jirash; her siblings, Margarita, Antonio, Juana Maria, Jorge, Rosa, José, Aneli and Isabel; and her brother-in-law Philip Mady Jr..

She is survived by: her sister Esperanza Kobeh; her siblings-in-law, Jorge, Margot Jirash, Gloria Tanoury, Helen Robinson, Lorice Malott (Wayne), Diana Mady Kelly (Don Park), Judy Dales (Peter), Charles Mady (Diane), Joyce Mady, Sylvie Mady, Renee Jacobs and Joyce Mabarak; her nephew Michel Zampa; and her daughter Geralyn.

If so desired, memorial donations to The Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated by the family.

As we approach the 34th anniversary since our year at the Faculty, my memories of great times with you and your folks at 615 Norfolk are as vivid as they are at the building on EC Row. Paz was truly a second Mom to all of 'her boys' and I will always remember her generosity to us. Also her very deep love of you and Ray and calling 'Gerallyyyyyyyn!' or 'Raaaaaaaaaay!', usually for different reasons. 🙂”
