She was predeceased by: her husband Roger Desmarais; and her parents, Albert Douglas and Irene Douglas. She is survived by: her son Ron Desmarais (Andrea); her grandchildren, Simon and Jill; and her siblings, Albert, George, Doris, Janet, Karen, Brenda and Dale. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
