He is survived by: his spouse Jean; his children, Michelle (John), Phil Jr. (Jen), Tom (Karen) and Laurie (Ray); and his stepchildren, Kerri, Cindi (Steve) and Sean (Lisa). He is also survived by his siblings, nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
