He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Toner and Florence Toner; and his sibling Hubert Toner (Jermaine). He is survived by: his siblings, Olive Bird (Doug), Agnes Abigail (Bill), Vincent Toner (Irene), Loretta Cox (Sidney), Mary Margaret Toner, Viola Stewart (Sy), Richard Toner (Lucy), Joseph Toner (Gert) and Josie Mathe (Clarence).
