He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Musgrave and Ruth Musgrave; and his sister Corinne (Irving). He is survived by: his children, Jason and Lisa; and his sisters, Cheryl Reynolds (Bill), Linda Dossenbach (late John) and Donna Musgrave. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and friends.
