She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugeniusz Gawrońscy and Zofia Gawrońscy; and her sister Danuta Lis. She is survived by: her husband Jan Filas; her children, Radek Filas, Kinga Kowalik (Filas) and Olivia Filas; and her grandchildren, Aleksander Kowalik, Malina Kowalik, Maksym Kowalik, Gia Filas and Jax Filas. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Holy Trinity Parish (1035 Ellis St E, Windsor, ON N8X2J2). A burial will be held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Heavenly Rest Cemetery (5005 Howard Ave, Windsor, ON N9H1C9).
