He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Bélanger and Glorianna Bélanger; and his brothers, Jacques (Patricia) and David. He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his sons, Steven Bélanger (Ann-Marie) and Denis Bélanger (Jennifer Marier); his granddaughter Kaitlyn Bélanger; and his siblings, Jean Maurice (Patricia), Vincent (late Jeanne), Luc (Amy), Marguerite Schinkleshoek (Martin), Lucille Barylewicz (Henry) and Yvette Caron (Norman). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and other family members.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations to Hospice of Windsor or Transition to Betterness would be appreciated by the family.
