She was predeceased by: her husband Steve; her parents, Wesley Pepper and Lenna Pepper; and her siblings, Clark, Alfred, Ina, Dorothy, Lily, Ada, Don and Grace.
She is survived by: her sons, Steven Peters (Mary Slavik) of Kent Bridge and John Peters (Louise Pachal) of Richmond Hill; her grandchildren, Steven (Katie), Jennifer (Luke), Jessica (Devon), Wesley (Kim) and Brooke (Dean); her stepgrandchildren, Nicole (Diego) and Alanna; her great grandchildren, Charlotte, Theo and Jeremy; her siblings, Bob Pepper (Glenna) and Bert Pepper (Andrea); and her sister-in-law Rose Pepper. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A prayer will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 8:00 PM at the Families First (3260 Dougall Ave, Windsor, ON N9E1S6). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Corpus Christi Church (1400 Cabana Rd W, Windsor, ON N9G1C4). A procession will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at the Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
Given Reta's love of Christmas, memorial donations can be made to the Windsor Goodfellows, or, the Salvation Army Windsor Centre of Hope.
