She was predeceased by: her parents, Elwin Hart and Nellie Hart; and her son Michael Kenny. She is survived by: her husband Gerard Kenny; her children, Laura Mofford, Paul Kenny (Trish) and Jillian Kenny; her pet Angus; her grandchildren, Mackenzie, Riley, Zachary, Finnegan and Sullivan; her great grandchild Bruce Kupsh; and her brothers, Robert Hart (Lynn) and Darrell Hart (Carol).

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Central Chapel (1700 Tecumseh Rd E, Windsor, ON N8W1C7). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Most Precious Blood Church (1947 Meldrum Rd, Windsor, ON N8W4E3).

In memory of Rhonda, memorial donations may be made to St. Vincent de Paul.
