He was predeceased by: his wife Ann; and his siblings, Edward (Carolyn) and Cecile (Donald). He is survived by: his children, Christine Lui (Ray), Mary Beth Taylor (Mel), David (Mona) and Nicole; his stepchildren, Susan Roger (Brian), Sean O'Hara (Katherine) and Patrick O'Hara; his grandchildren, Jessica, Kayla, Justin, Samantha, Harrison, Hayden, Megan, Kassandra and Michael; and his siblings, Patrick (Janice), Jane and Anne. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.

If you so desire, donations in memory of Richard can be made to Our Lady of Guadalupe Home of Windsor or Hospice of Windsor.
