He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Joan Holmes-Leitch; his children, Lessley Leitch, Lori Huff (Johnny), John Leitch, Jennifer Andrews and Bryce Holmes (Maggie); his parents, Richard Leitch Sr. and Velma; his siblings, Steve (Janet), Tami, Dan (Sandy), Lou Anne, Lee, Jeff (Karen) and Dina (Bob); his parents-in-law, Harold and Isabel Ouellette; his siblings-in-law, Ron (Karen) and Connie (Tom); and his close friend Don Jacobs. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
