He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Outram and Irene Outram. He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Michael, Timmy (Linda), Tommy (Eryn) and Melynda (late Scott); his grandchildren, Ashlee, Sarah (Rob), Alyssa (Chris), Kelly (Jeff) and Millan; his great grandchildren, Evelyn, James, Oakley and Sawyer; and his sister Norrene (Peter). He is also survived by extended family, former students, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A prayer will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Families First Funeral Home (3260 Dougall Ave, Windsor, ON N9E1S6). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (1425 Divine St, Windsor, ON N9J0C5).
