He was predeceased by: his parents, Josephine and Clifford; and his siblings, Gary, William and Howie.

He is survived by: his significant other Judy (Middleton); his children, Shawn, Shelley (Leo), Samantha, Shawntay, Leonard "Ray" and Tucker; his grandchildren, Brey, Ally, Jax, Leo and Hannah; his siblings, Danny (Debra), Mark, Mary (Bob) and Shirley; and his sibling-in-law Donna. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and many other family and friends.
