He was predeceased by: his son Ronald (Jane); and his brothers, Carl (Sue), James (late Jeanette) and Edward (Joan). He is survived by: his wife Annette; and his children, Richard (Caroline), Daniel (Michelle), Raymond (Penny), Christopher and Kimberly (Chris).
