Ronald Gauthier Obituary
It is with deep sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of our cherished husband, father and grandfather. Dear husband to Helen with whom he shared 47 wonderful years of marriage. Cherished father (Papa) to Miselle and husband David Stankovich and proud papa to Michaela. Ron will be missed by his siblings Roger and wife Dolly, and Valerie and husband Pat.
Dear uncle to Melodie, Debbie, Jennifer and Annette. Best friend to Sally and Gary. Ron will be remembered by his Daughter Denise (Gauthier) & husband Stephen Tramble. Ron was a pioneer of the Big V family from its conception, to its closing, where he dedicated many years of quality service. He was a proud, active and long-standing member of the Knights of Columbus Counsel 9671.
His dedication and service will be greatly missed. Ron and Miselle shared a special bond that will continue to live on. Ron"s greatest joy was spending time with his only granddaughter Michaela. Family and friends are welcomed to join in celebrating Ron"s life with visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd. East, 519-253-7234 on Friday, November 10, 2017 from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm and from 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm.
Knights of Columbus prayers to take place on Friday evening at 7:30 p.m. Funeral service on Saturday November 11, 2017 leaving the funeral home at 9:15 a.m. going to Good Shepherd Parish (462 Advance Blvd.) for funeral mass at 10 a.m. Followed by cremation. In kindness and in memory of Ron, memorial donations can be made to Hospice of Windsor.
