With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Rosalia (Flores) Bonventre (Windsor, Ontario), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Rosalia left this world on June 14, 2025 at the age of 86, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her husband Salvatore Bonventre; and her parents, Paolo Flores and Francesca Flores. She is survived by: her sons, Jim Bonventre (Paula) and Paul Bonventre (Diana); her daughters-in-law, Paula and Diana; her daughter Adored; her grandchildren, Alicia Reid (Alex), Natalie Bonventre (Jesse), Cassandra Melnyk (Jordan) and Jordan Bonventre; and her siblings, Anna Maniaci (Benny), Rosa Galante (Paolo) and Vito Flores (Sandy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Windsor Chapel Central Chapel (1700 Tecumseh Rd E, Windsor, ON N8W1C7). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. An entombment will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Heavenly Rest Cemetery (5005 Howard Ave, Windsor, ON N9H1C9).
