She was predeceased by: her parents, Eduard and Stefica; her parents-in-law, Michael and Maria (Austria); her sister Fanika; and her granddaughter Elena.
She is survived by: her husband Hermann; her sons, Michael (Christine), Edward (Marina) and Jason (Megan); her grandchildren, Alyssa (Kevin), Matteus, Luke, Ryan, Sean, Krystal and Brandon; her great grandchild Damien; her brothers, Ivica Jakoplic (Lilijan) and Joseph Jakoplic; her brother-in-law Joso Balenovic; and her cousin Kumovi. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Donations in her memory may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or to the W.E. Care for Kids Foundation.
