She was predeceased by: her father Victor Domagala; her brother Steven Domagala; and her father-in-law Patrick Cushing. She is survived by: her husband John; her children, Sarah Simke (Josh) and Zachary Cushing; her grandchildren, Theo, Josh, Ben and Elijah; her mother Anne Marie Maxfield; her siblings, Alan Domagala (Sheila) and Christine Maxfield; her mother-in-law Dolores Cushing; and her siblings-in-law, Rose Cushing, Michael Cushing and Jerry Cushing. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
