He was predeceased by: his wife Nadia Forest; his parents, Giovanni Belcastro and Caterina Belcastro; his brothers, Domenico, Saverio (Cindy) and Tony; and his parents-in-law, Emilio Forest and Ortensia.
He is survived by: his daughter Megan; his grandchildren, Zayna and Emilio; his siblings-in-law, Flavio Forest (Sue) and Sergio Forest (Emily); and his nieces and nephews, Giovanni, Jason (Melissa), Matthew (Elizabeth), Adriana (Michael) and Stefano (Amanda).
