Words of sympathy

March 6, 2022

Kimberly Rene wrote a sympathy message

“Mr. Aujlay was one of the most caring people I have ever met. When they moved next door to us on Elmwood over 40 years who, I ran up to him and said “Hi Mr. Indian man.” He laughed and shook my hand. My dad heard me and scolded me for being rude. I was to apologize. I went up to him crying and said I was sorry. He scooped me up in his arms and held me tight and tears rolled down his cheeks. He said “don’t cry Kimmy.” He told the story at my wedding and was teary eyed. So much love.”
