He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his children, Darryl Ouellette, Tiffany Ouellette, Kyle Ouellette (Natashia) Jordyn Hebert and Nicholas Sutherland; and his siblings, Guy Hebert (Sue), Sheri Hebert, Tammy St (Victor) and Shannen Westfall (Scott). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.

Donations in memory of Scott may be made to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital or to Hospice of Windsor.
