He was predeceased by: his wife Tina Cardella; his parents, Gaetano Ruzza and Emma Ruzza; and his siblings, Ennio, Ennia Viale (late Antonio), Leda Fossati (late Marco) and Anna Mauro (late Alessandro).
He is survived by: his children, Emma Toniolo (Danilo) and Guy Ruzza (Lori); his grandchildren, Sergio (Kristin), Dan (Stefania), Tina (Rob) and Bianca; and his great grandchildren, Steven, Layne, Benjamin, Alessandra and Valentina. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations directed to the Canadian Cancer Society are greatly appreciated.
