It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shafik Nassouri Thomas (Windsor, Ontario), who passed away on April 14, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his children, Thuraya Primeau (Gaston) and Mazin Thomas (Aaron); and his grandchildren, Josee and Andre Primeau. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.

“I have known Mr. Thomas since I was a teenager skating with Mazin. Over 40 years ago, I met Mr and Mrs Thomas and was lucky enough to spend time with them in their home in Wallaceburg. They were always warm, welcoming and such lovely people. I have fond memories of Mr. Thomas including last summer at Mazin and Aaron's home chatting by the pool. I find comfort knowing that he will now be reunited with Mrs. Thomas and his generous spirit will live on in Mazin, Thuraya, Josee & Andre. Derek Selby”
