He was predeceased by: his parent Albert "Alfie" Evans. He is survived by: his parent Rita Evans; his sibling Aileen Evans "Nokes" (Eric Bird); his spouse Janis Hebert; and his children, Hannah Hopkins, Krystal Golden, Jarret Hebert and John Liviero. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends.
