He is survived by: his children, April Joseph and Lori O'Neill (Gordon); his grandchildren, Brandon and Breanne; and his sisters, Yvonne and Sharron.
Starr retired after 30 years from General Motors . He was a Veteran of the Korean War . If you so desire, donations to the Alzheimer Society of Windsor and Essex County would be appreciated by the family.
