She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Lewchuk. She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Dawson (Lee), Wayne (Dale) and Michael; her grandchildren, Jennifer (Ken), Stephanie (Eddie), Melissa (Tom), Danielle (Ryan), Stephen (Tim), Nikita, Dylan, Amanda (John), Janine (Don) and Matthew (Jassica); and her great grandchildren, Jacob, Joshua, Payton, Olivia, Jamie, Sabrina, Joe, Domenic and Landon. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
