As we bid Stephan farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Stephan is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Duro Sajnovic and Jela Sajnovic; and his sisters, Mara Jurisaga and Ana Horvat. He is survived by: his spouse Kati Sajnovic; and his son Peter Sajnovic (Shannon). He is also survived by his wife, son and daughter in law, as well as many other family and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 9:45 AM at the Windsor Chapel Funeral Home (1700 Tecumseh Rd E, Windsor, ON N8W). Visitation will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Central Chapel (1700 Tecumseh Rd E, Windsor, ON N8W1C7). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:15 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Croatian Church (1701 Turner Rd, Windsor, ON N8W3J9). A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 11:45 AM at the Windsor Memorial Gardens (1100 Division Rd, Windsor, ON N8W1Z6).
