She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, David (Lee-Anne), Mark (Stephanie), Joseph (Maria Cristina), Leslie, Daniel, Matthew, Michael (Evelyn), Lauren (Cameron), Sam and Mila; her aunt Mania; her husband Harry; and her close friends, Miriam and Smadar. She was also cherished by her kids and grandkids.

Born 1935 in Stanislawow, Poland, young Brita Milberg made her own luck, escaping the systematic slaughter of the rest of her family by the Nazis, captured in video testimony by the USC Shoah Foundation.
