He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Karen; his daughter Erica Duarte; his grandchildren, Jade Scheffner (Michael) and Laurel Scheffner (James); his siblings, Joan, Glenn, Audrey and Barry; and his caregivers, MJ, Agatha, Kirsten, Dr. Kennette and Dr. Starcoewski.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Families First (1065 Lauzon Rd, Windsor, ON N8S 3M8).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society.
