Sylvia Reid Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sylvia Reid (Windsor, Ontario), who passed away on August 31, 2022 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Charles Alfred Reid (Christine), Patricia Lynn D'Amico (Angelo) and Maureen Ellen Reid (George Olszowy); her grandson Chuck; her great grandchildren, Meghan Breinig (John), Christopher Reid (Pippi Balistreri), Erin Schnute (Justin), Pat and Maureen; her grandchildren, Marcus Olszowy (Gina Capalbo), Laura Olszowy (Ranjit Singarayer) and Michael Olszowy (Erika Morris); her son-in-law A. J.; her grandchildren, Katie and Matt; and also, Matthew D'Amico (Nicole), Katie Boulay (Mike), Eliza, Charlie, Micah, Blake, Jorgie, Nathan, Marcus, Alice, Michael and Logan.
Later in life she developed Alzheimer's, and when she could no longer safely live independently, her daughter Pat (A.J) built an apartment onto their home and moved her in.
