He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Laur and Bernice Laur; his siblings, Larry Laur (Cathy), Carol Trudell (late Ron) and Bonnie Laforet (Randy); and his niece Tammy.

He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Jim, Brenda, Larry, Jackie and Ryan.
