With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Theresa Collins (Windsor, Ontario), who passed away on July 21, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Dan Collins; her son Raymond; and her siblings, Jean Papineau, Raymond Adam and Marcel Adam.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Collins and Elaine Moffat; her granddaughters, Samantha and Kelly; and also, Louise Adam, Gramma, Yvette and Charles Adam.
Memorial donations may be made to the Ontario Heart & Stroke Foundation.
