He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Stanley Arbour (Stan) and Mary (Dottor); and his siblings, Frances Arbour (late Robert Carty), Mary Catherine (Marcy) and Gregory Arbour (Roxann MacDonald).
He is survived by: his wife Helen (Melnik); his children, Rachel (Kurt Pereira) and Anthony; his granddaughters, Olivia and Rebecca; and his siblings, Edwards (late David), Lucia St. Aubin (John), John Arbour (Shirley Dolan), Jane Arbour (George Hack) and Stanley Arbour. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Families First Lauzon (1065 Lauzon Rd, Windsor, ON N8S3M8). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Hospice of Windsor and Essex Country would be greatly appreciated.
