He was predeceased by: his sibling Alan Beggs. He is survived by: his wife Molly; his daughters, Leeann Beggs (Jay Allen) and Nadean Schafer (Duane); his siblings, Barbara Donnan (Hugh) and Laura Golding (Pete); and his siblings-in-law, Wilson, Wilma Cosby and Billy Meharg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
