He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent and Blanche; and his siblings, Terrance Westfall, Maureen Mugan and Rosemary Westfall.

He is survived by: his siblings, Joyce Lafontaine (Don) of Cambridge, Sharleen Robinet (Patrick) of Essex, Judy Westfall of Windsor, Maryanne Westfall of London, Jerome Westfall (Betty) of LaSalle and Paul Westfall of Windsor. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and many friends.

In Tommy's memory, donations directed to the Community Living Windsor, 7025 Enterprise Way Windsor, Ontario N8T 3N6, are appreciated by the family.
