She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse John; her children, Katherine Papadimitriou (Joseph Koutoukalis), Effie Spanos-Papadimitriou and Charles Papadimitriou (Lidia Martinus); her parents, Nicholas Vekos and Efstathia Vekos; her siblings, Christina Vitinaros (Peter), Athanasios Vekos (Gloria) and Georgia Polychronis (Petros); and her siblings-in-law, Ilias Papadimitriou (Kyriaki), Tasia Polychronopoulos (Kosta) and Maria Papadimitriou. She was also cherished by her many nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Church or the Windsor & Essex County Cancer Centre Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
