He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Hebert and Pauline Hebert; and his sisters, Pam and Brenda. He is survived by: his pets, Lonestar, Maya and Jesse; his significant other Bonnie Kleist; his significant other's daughter Amanda (Dave Butchart); his sibling Shawn; his aunt Carolyn; and also, Amanda (Dave Butchart) and Jack. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
