He is survived by: his wife Jane; his children, Doug Jakobszen (Tammy) and Jennifer Mulhall (Derek); his granddaughters, Kayla and Ava Jakobszen; his sisters, Martha Ferenczy and Barb Jakobszen; his parents-in-law, David, Lynn Terry, Ken, Louisette Terry and Kay Terry; and his nephews, Gus, Peter Ferenczy, Mark, Steven Terry and Jeremy Atkinson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Kidney Foundation of Canada or the Hospice of Windsor would be appreciated.
